How long will coaching be?

We encourage your health to be a priority.
Imagine - having a coach in your corner long term, it’s a journey.
Work together and navigate through your events, celebrations, life stages etc.
A minimum of 12 weeks is required.


After the initial period, you can re-sign for another
12-weeks or continue as an on-going monthly basis.

When can I start?

After sending in your application, allow 1-2 business days to review your details.
When you are accepted and setup, your coach will develop your custom plan.
All new clients can start the following Monday.

How do I access my program?

1:1 premium clients will have full app access.
Here you can log your reps/sets/weights/body measurements.
Exercise video demos/substitutes are built-in.
Private messaging (M-F) with your coach in app.
Your program will be available weekly.

Why is there an application for coaching?

The application is just as important for you too,
we want to be the best fit!
Use the application to plan out your goals and
what lead you here.
We will be working closely together - so help us get to know you better.
Please add as much detail as possible, communication is key.

Can I workout at home?

Our programs are focused on resistance training, weights (of some kind) will be required.
If you are new to training or have some equipment,
let us know what you have available.
Your program is fully customised, dumbbells/resistance bands would be a great start!

Can I use the studio outside of our sessions?

The Rise Active studio space is exclusively available for your coaching sessions only.
This allows a complete 1:1 experience and all equipment is just for you!
